Disney Theme Park Tickets

The Walt Disney World resort includes 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and the Disney Springs area (formerly Downtown Disney). A ticket is required for all of these locations except Disney Springs. There are several different Disney theme park tickets to help you customize your vacation package options to meet your family’s needs by giving you a few different ticket options.

Magic Your Way Base Ticket

A Magic Your Way Base Ticket is the starting point of different options for Disney theme park tickets. This ticket option includes admission into one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks per day. You may leave that park and return to that same park, but you cannot visit a second park that day (no “park hopping”). This is perfect choice for the family who wants to remain in one park for the entire day or for a family with small children who need to go back and take afternoon naps. Tickets expire 14 days from first use. The base ticket does not include admission to the water parks or Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex.

Magic Your Way Base Ticket + Park Hopper

For an added cost, you can add the Park Hopper option to your Magic Your Way Base Ticket. When you add the Park Hopper you gain access to more than one park per day. With this option you can visit one park in the morning and a different park in the evening. You can come and go as you wish between the parks for each of park day purchased with the Magic Your Way Base Ticket with Park Hopper.

Magic Your Way Base Ticket + Park Hopper Plus

The Park Hopper Plus option can be added to your Magic Your Way Base Ticket or for an additional cost. This add on will give you entry into the 2 water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. You also will get entry to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course and 2 miniature golf courses. The number of these visits is the same as the number of days of your Magic Your Way Ticket. Example, if you purchase a 5 day Magic Your Way Base Ticket you will have 5 Plus visits.

If you want to visit all 4 theme parks and the 2 water parks, you can add both the Park Hopper Plus option to the Base Ticket. Buying both add ons will save you a little money off the cost of purchasing separately.

All of these options can be overwhelming, but your Starts With A Wish Agent will help you make the best choice for your family.
